Property Portfolio
The objective of the Clarenco commercial properties fund is to establish a broad portfolio across all commercial sectors but specialising in Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. Our aim is to hold assets for the long term and where appropriate, generate additional performance through the refurbishment and re-letting of secondary assets, whilst maintaining strong cash flow from investment in more secure, longer term income.
