Clarenco LLP represents a group of companies created and directed by Mike Clare which focus on developing entrepreneurial new businesses and property investments.
The Properties Team, led by Guy Slocombe, has a passion for real estate, business, innovative ideas and the enthusiasm to make things happen.
Clarenco also manages the acquisition and marketing of unusual, unique luxurious, exclusive use, residential properties for private parties, location venues, executive retreats and corporate hospitality, known as Amazing Retreats.
The Properies Team provides support resource to the Clarenco group in terms of real estate, building and management advice and sourcing of suitable accommodation. In turn, the Property Team can rely on financial, legal and business support from the broader Clarenco team to enable rapid response to property acquisition.
